    Traffic light needs to be adjusted If traveling southbound on Arroyo Vista waiting to turn east on Ladera, left turn signal will not change! ONLY cycles the light IF someone westbound on Ladera approaches light to turn southbound on Arroyo Vista If no cars approach, people have sat at this light for over 5 minutes!
    Please address this issue as others do not wait and end up turning left on red arrow!
