    There is a 2" rusted galvanized pipe sticking out of the ground about 2 ' high and is creating a dangerous situation in the alley behind the above address and continues for a few houses. It is an empty shallow buried pipe. Don't know what it was for or who buried it. The garbage trucks go over it creating a bigger problem.
