    This reported issue is essentially re-opening Issue ID: 2192610 from January 2016.

    This area of Scott's Addition was recently resurfaced by the city. It helped quite a bit, but the pre-existing railroad tracks near the intersection of Belleville St and W Moore St are still exposed if not worse than the January 2016 reported issue.

    Please finish the resurfacing work that was started last month...
