A large wire is dangling down from a line above the street, directly in the middle of the road (close to the intersection of 3rd and East Lake). It doesn’t appear to be live but it is scaring drivers on 3rd when they suddenly arrive at the dangling wire and they are stopping suddenly and/or swerving around it

A large sheet of glass was left out for recycling, but wasn’t picked up this morning (probably because it was too large). It is precariously propped against a mailbox on a sidewalk that is heavily used by school kids. It is difficult to see. It feels like an accident waiting to happen (someone is likely to walk into it and hurt themselves quite badly)
