I am the neighbor at 3021 12th St N and my neighbor's tree is half dead and the half dead part is aimed at my house when it falls. We have paid quite a bit over the years trimming someone else's tree so it wouldn't fall on our house but now both my husband and I are on SSI and no longer have the funds or ability to trim someone else's trees. I picked up some pieces on our side and they were like styrofoam, dry and crumbly. If the tree falls at night, our bedroom is right under it, and it could kill us as it's a very large oak! Please help asap, it's very windy out and the tree is moving like crazy! Thanks again!

We have had several abandoned homes torn down for new rebuilds that have left our home horribly overrun by rats looking for a new home! To get the rats out of our house we were charged $1000.00 to get them out of the house! Now, they're back! I have tried to get the city to help since none of this is our fault but they're too busy and can't get to us for another 2-3 weeks! Can you imagine how many can get in, in that time ? We need help now!!! I have counted almost 10 in my yard both at night and in the day and that's only what I've seen!! My husband lost his job to Covid and I am disabled and can't work. Please help now!!

My neighbor has many dead trees in his yard and the trees are collapsing into my yard. One tree broke my front fence, another fell on our privacy fence and it went back in their yard but there are many, many more. There's one tree that's almost completely dead and is lined up to fall on my cars (this one may be on city property, not sure)! I would love for them to do the right thing and clean up their very full yard before any other damage is incurred. I've already spent over $400.00 to trim their trees off my roof, to prevent this very thing! Please help! I shouldn't have to pay for any of this or have this unnecessary stress.
