For the past 6 months there has been a long RV/trailer parked initially in the right of way in front of the house and now is parked in the grass in the middle of the yard at this address. I have never seen this unit leave this property and question if it is even operable. Based on RV compliance policy this trailer is prohibited because it is not parked perpendicular to the property along the driveway, is not outside of the easement right of way, and is not placed on a solid surface. The pictures attached are about a month or two old but the trailer is still in the yard and is now in the center of the yard.
