This is a rental property with an absent landlord. Literally, the house is falling apart and has been allowed to do so for years. Please address this asap. Besides being a place rats and other rodents are able to get in to, hide and reproduce, it's a hazard for anyone near by.

Ironic I posted to you a few days ago (and multiple times in the past) regarding the poor and unsafe condition of our sidewalk. We had a young woman fall and injure herself. She is currently in the ED at St Anthony's hospital. EMS and police were called to the accident scene. Officer Kelly stated he too almost fell on the sidewalk trying to gain access to the victim. I strongly urge the city to take serious my reports. It's a matter of time this becomes a legal matter for the city. There has been an official police report made to city risk management.

Not a lick of rain today and the water sits on the sidewalk in front of my house from rain earlier this week. The water is growing algae. Water is not moving and the sidewalk is not accessible forcing people and animals to walk out into our already congested street. Increasing potential for serious injury. I've posted multiple times over the past couple of years regarding this problem. You have come out and said there's no issue even after I posted a neighbor slipped and fell on the bricks on the"city" side of the sidewalk because of the slimy algae that is unavoidable if you need to access my property and the other properties surrounding me. Please help before someone seriously becomes injured and to avoid further deterioration of our sidewalk. Thank you.

Renters in apartment building have dumped a sofa and cardboard boxes on private property, overflowing into the alley. Please send people to pick up

This is also a sidewalk issue. Besides the sidewalk is very broken, water sits here for hours after rainfall. If we have any serious amount of rain water has sat here until it has turned green with algae. Please, please repair.

Again, the apartment building owned by Mary Lynch at 236 10th Avenue NE continues to allow her tenants to dispose of their belongings in alley.

Please, please contact the property management on their tenants (since there seems to be a constant turn over of their units) use of the dumpsters. Tired of my alley looking like a dumpster as a whole. Myself and other neighbors are tired of talking to property management on these matters. Thank you

Once again someone has dumped their garbage in the alley. This happens here frequently probably related to the multi unit building on 10th by these dumpsters. Please arrange for pick up.

This is on Bay St NE, between 9th and 10th Ave. It had been repaired not so long ago and now the water is litetally bubbling up in a few different spots. This is probably urgent. The pic is showing a bubble!
