The stop signs have graffiti on the back of them.. Please have cleaned up

Graffiti on Brown utility box near utility pole has white spray paint and black marks all over it please have it removed.. The Brown utility box is.outside the quincy sheet metal facility.. Notified town about this the middle of July

I have reported this issue in April and June and it still hasn't been cleaned up... There are 2 dz tires and other debris about 100 ft behind my property line... Please have someone come clean it up. Last check Mr. Carl Wells was notified and the issue was closed. People have come by to take pics but nothing further. The leaves are falling and I see the deers walking around this junk... Please have this issue looked into again!

The old IHOP area has high grass and doesn't look kept up

I reported this problem back in April 2013 and the tire and debris is still there but its now covered because of the leaves growing on the trees so its a little harder to see but still needs to be cleaned up. Please have someone come clean up thank you
