Illegal & non-conforming sign "Event Parking" advertising a business in a residential district

Hate speech on city traffic sign Recently changed to "proud boys".

Illegal signage covering entire front of business. The sign code does not provide for a business covering all of the required glazed area with signs advertising products sold inside the premises.

Palm tree removed at The Standard. This tree was likely required as part of the development plan and should be replaced.

Scooter with expired tag illegally parked in bike lane and forcing bikes into auto lane.

Roll-off dumpster blocking bike lane & part of travel lane

Garbage cans still blocking sidewalk next to building. The business that occupied the building has vacated. This is due was reported several months ago.

Trash cans for commercial business are never removed from sidewalk, forcing pedestrians into street to pass. These cans have been here for 4+ weeks.

Tree removal debris completely blocking sidewalk on South side of 16 Ave just West of 13 St.

Illegal off site sign advertising rental apartments installed on existing board fence. Existing landscaping screening fence was removed as well. Location is McGurn parking lot.
