This happens all the time, night and day.. sometimes they even honk those who obey the sign. Maybe the sign is not large enough or people need to get tickets here.

while we understand that the generators at the Carlyle are necessary there's a new generator on the block and we can't figure out why it's there and why it's on 24/7 and weekends too, and right now. one generator outside the Marriott causes more noise and odor than the two necessary ones across the street at the Carlyle. why is 92nd Street and Collins Ave the noisiest, and most toxic smelling street with no traffic light to help you get away fast?

at 7:25am two huge truck are idling outside the building creating noise and air pollution. since work is not supposed to begin until 8am this is creating unnecessary air and noise pollution for more than 30 minutes. my balcony is already black from all the smog this project has caused. as I write this, work is already beginning 15 minutes early as usual 7:45am. No respect for neighbor or Town rules.

Work begins at 7 am in Surfside on a Saturday. The Town website states hours of Work for Construction are 8 am to 8 pm. It doesn't state that commercial properties are exempt from this rule though clearly, that is how Town of Surfside operates. Workers are so brazen, they shout orders to each other in the quiet of morning because to them, these are the hours they are allowed to begin work. 7 am to whenever they are done with no explanation nrcessary.

Construction noise, vibration and bright lights on a School night past 1:30am on a State road for non-emergency work in a predominantly residential neighborhood. Is there a sane explanation for this?
