    Due to candle wax from community engagement activities, the sidewalk in front of City Hall and front stair case leading into City Hall have wax that needs to be scrapped away.

    In room 290, we have a spider and nest in the office used by Monica and Sabina. It is discomforting to our employees and they would appreciate the removal of both as soon as possible. Currently the spider and nest are along the molding just below the ceiling on the north wall.

    Chad from HR here. The elevator in the parking garage on Oak Street has been vandalized again. At least one ceiling tile is broken and the security camera has had its wires yanked out. This was as of 8 PM Wednesday night when I got in elevator.
