    Like always the same group of people making noise. Public safe department does anything. Should I call to police in Manhattan? It looks this island is a guetto.

    A disrespectful group is doing noise as usual behind 10 River Road. Insulting, loud screaming and disturbing noise every night, starting 10pm - 2am. Do we have call every night? People have to work early next day. This is ridiculous. Help please!!!
