    Fire danger. Lot and street full of tall, dry weeds going up to existing houses. The owner is not maintaining and along the street, whether city or owner responsible, is horrible. Also encourages dumping because of the derelict lot. Can the city clean its portion and make owner clear the weeds? Can you notify the Fire Department about this dangerous situation or do you take steps to eliminate the blight? Thank you.
