    Intersection at Beakes and 5th is very dangerous for pedestrians and needs better crosswalk signage and better enforcement. Cars don't stop even when I'm actually stepping into the street. Perhaps some of those "local law" signs bolted to the street would help, or an unmarked police car waiting to catch violators. thanks
