Can we please get someone to come out and clean up the back yard of this abandoned property? The grass is 5 feet tall in some places and people have been using it as a dump. My neighbors and I have been trying for a year to get the county to do something and the case always just gets closed without anything being done. We really need some help here!

Starting at 3735 40th Avenue N, the storm water ditch is full of debris and the pipes under the driveways are clogged all the way down to 37th Street N. When it wraps around on 37th, the ditch and the main drain is completely full of debris and blocking the drain.

please don't close and archive! This property is abandoned and the yard needs to be cut and cleaned up! One of the neighbors and I got together and did the front yard but the back yard is horrible. Crap trees are growing, people are dumping things and the grass is super tall. We have to pay double each month for pest control because the yard is a haven for bugs and rodents. Please help!

Abandoned property has its grass grown really high, especially in backyard. We have all sorts of critters coming over from the property.

Starting at the house 4037 38th Street N and down the alley to 37th Street N, someone has been dumping tires, televisions, and concrete all down the alley. It is being done at night so I do not know who is doing it. Can this be cleaned up please?

Drainage ditch from 3721 40th Ave N down to 37th Ave N and around corner is full of debris,trash, and even a tree that a resident cut down and needs to be cleaned out. It doesn't take much rain for it to back up into our property since it can't drain properly.

Two sewer lines behind building 125 in front of units 101 and 102 are constantly over flowing with raw sewage causing it to flood over into neighboring yards with feces and toilet tissue. Management had known of this issue for a year and have not attempted a permanent solution. The smell is horrible and they never clean up the pollution, they just leave it on the lawn. Dog run behind building 125 has a section of fence down and creating a trip hazard add well as unsafe environment for dog owners. Fence had been this way for months now and management of Emerald Pointe have not done anything to repair it even after dozens of complaints.

Emerald Pointe Apartments between buildings 175 and 125 by sidewalk. Ground utility box has caved in causing a trip and fall hazard. Reported to office several times and nothing is being done. I believe it may be a Verizon box. Called Verizon and they said property management needs to make a repair request on their property but again, it's been 6 weeks and nothing had been done.
