Depression (approximately 25 sq ft and 4-5 in deep) in roadway holds water and is a hazard for vehicles turning from Rockland Rd onto Riviera Dr. The ponding water has caused the asphalt to deteriorate and the years of failing patches makes this intersection very dangerous. This issue has been here for 30+ years, so I have no hopes of this ever getting fixed.

There is severe rutting (3-4 inches) in the southbound lanes of Gallatin Pike approaching Conference Dr. This section needs to be repaved as it is unsafe to change lanes.
