Telephone Pole #291 on Washington St across from Young Ave is halfway onto the sidewalk. The space to walk by it is very narrow. The end of this bolt sticking out is dangerous and should be cut off, not left this way. I am afraid someone will not see it and get hurt.

There is water bubbling up between 6 and 8 Duley Street. We believe that the storm water drainage pipe is broken.

There is a sink hole in the road that is three feet deep. When you drive down Duley St, as you turn right onto Lanes Cove Rd it is near the brook on the left hand side of the road. It looks small now, but who knows what is happening just below the surface. Sink holes are very dangerous things and this should be checked out sooner rather than later.

This street light has been out for weeks and I previously reported on June 26th. It had been out for a week or more before I reported it the first time. It has not been fixed yet and I reported it 12 days ago. There is only one other light on this street and with this one out it is VERY dark.

The street light at the end of Duley Street (in front of number 12 Duley Street) is out and has been since last week.

There is a locust tree on Lane's Cove Rd where the porta potty was located this summer. It is right beside the wall bertween 2 & 7 Lane's Cove Rd. One third of the tree is hanging down and is precariously perched over the roadway.

When walking along Lanes Cove Rd, from the fish shack, brush on the right hand side is so over grown that it is a safety hazard. Cars can not see people in the road and people can't see on coming cars. Adults, children, and dogs are at high risk of being hit by a car. This area is a high traffic and pedestrian area.
