  • 379 Saxon Hill Road Essex, Vermont - Essex
There is a no parking fire lane sign missing on Saxon Hill Road, about 500ft past #27, on the right. There is a sign post for it, however sign is not there. Can this be replaced please?
  • 570–648 Pine St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
The temporary signage placed in the southbound lane of Pine street detouring traffic to locust street is blocking the view of oncoming traffic. Please move or otherwise replace with a smaller sign package in order to prevent accidents. There is a foreman standing there watching numerous near misses but not making the correction. There should also be a flagger or police officer directing traffic as well, but the above fix will assist with the issue in the short term.
  • 977 Shelburne Road South Burlington, Vermont - South Burlington
There is a massive pothole at this location, on the access road between the old K-Mart and the Lowe's/Hannaford Entry road. Not sure if this is on private property or not, however the hole is easily a few feet deep as of yesterday afternoon.

Water is bubbling out the street in roughly the same location it was earlier this week during the major break. Should be checked on again
  • 255 Vermont 15 Colchester, Vermont - Essex
Large pothole has developed in the left lane, westbound, just after Susie Wilson Road (roughly 100 feet west of)
  • Sears Lane Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric

Please investigate the potential of placing markings on the ends of the jersey barriers located on Sears Lane. They are within the right of way, without official markings or signage to highlight the end of the barriers. As they sit now, they blend in with snow and other surrounding objects, which will lead to additional collisions. I would think this is a minor liability for the city who has placed them in the roadway.

Simple improvements could be made through the use of reflectors or other low cost adjustments.

Westbound - Route 15 - Intersection of Post Office Square and Route 15, Left Turn Lane Signal - Red Arrow Bulb is Out. I understand this intersection is in the process of being converted over to newer signals and poles, but this should be fixed. As is, someone can stop then take a left turn since it is out.

1 S Summit St Essex Junction, VT 05452, USA - Essex Junction (without Essex)
From South Summit St, facing North towards Route 15, the "no right turn" illuminated signal is turned away from traffic. There is also a pedestrian crossing signal on the same pole that no longer faces the correct direction.

The westbound lanes are missing a signal lamp at the intersection of Post Office Square and Route 15. I believe it fell down during the major wind storm a month ago, however it needs to be replaced. With one signal lamp for the straight lanes, it makes it difficult to distinguish the difference between the left hand turn light during sunrise/sunset, and other challenging times of the day.
  • 800-848 Pine Street Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
One of the flashing beacons on the school zone ahead sign has a damaged shroud (sun visor). Appears to be wind damage from a week or so ago and is causing the light not to be seen clearly
  • Pearl Street And Park Street Essex Junction, VT - Essex Junction (without Essex)
The pavement markings between Franklin Street and 5 Corners on Park Street seems to be non-existent. Most notably is the left turn lane from Park to Route 15 Westbound. It is become dangerous as those not from the area don't realize there is a turn lane there and are using it as a oncoming travel lane. Can someone from the village work with the State to get some new paint down on the road surface? Thanks!
