    There is no sign to tell the driver to stop; to oncoming traffic, as you make a left hand turn off of main st. to Eastern Ave -aka (127). I was almost hit number of times coming down main st. to downtown Gloucester . Either a traffic light or a stop sign my be installed .

    We need Cams reorders in this area for crime and noise violations . Their has been a lot of yelling on Elwell Street,Taylor Street and end of Elwell and intersection of Friend Street ,Friend Street . This should be address with spy cams / Web cams for home owners security in this block area for insurance purposes and safety issues of the public.
    This is a high crime area plus it is near a school and park . The Town of Gloucester mayor should look into this area carefully with the Police Department and setup Day / Night web cams and signs for the public notice. This is also a high drug area .

    Few people around the neighborhood of Elwel st and Friend Ct. that are yelling their heads off . This goes on afternoons and weekends .This is a quit neighborhood . I believe just a few young adult in twenty and some kids . Can you please put an end to this yelling and screaming ?

    We need another street pole light across from 70 / 68. We have a very dark spot where some people hangout between our homes and do drugs, smoke and sometimes yell.
    I think an additional street light will reduce this issue.
