    On Washington St. at the end of Foster St. and the whole stretch of sidewalk and street up to Beacon is always trash ridden! The street sweeper does not do the job! Someone needs to go with a push broom and big trash bucket to sweep the sidewalk and street. I drive by there every morning and it's always terrible! Then a no littering sign needs to go up and notices need to go in all the neighbors mailboxes to pick up daily!
