Cars without resident stickers continue to park all day on Gilman, Valley, and A.

All day parking by non-residents is starting to get a little ridiculous again. It seems less than half of the cars in time limited spots on Gilman St and Valley St have residential parking permits. Many of these cars seem to come and park all day daily - likely MMC employees that for whatever reason don't want to park in their massive garage. Odd/even weeks are quickly approaching so please resume enforcement of this residential zones ASAP.

2) Dark blue Subaru Wagon parked between signs and blocking the sidewalk a few houses down.

This house has multiple opened black trash bags on the sidewalk. They are not Portland trash bags and it's too early for trash pickup anyhow.

Numerous MMC employees without resident stickers continue to park in this neighborhood and stay for the entire day instead of parking in their garage. This is especially problematic on Gilman St as a large number of parking spots have been lost to construction. Valley Street and A Street are also frequently utilized.

A silver sedan has been parked well over a full car length past the No Parking sign on the north side of A St for about 12 hours.

Recycling was not picked up this week. I called in yesterday and was advised to leave my recycling out. I can see that much of A St, Valley St, and Gilman St also still have their recycling bins out. Should we continue to leave them out?

There is a black Nissan SUV that has been parked for hours on the corner of A St. and Gilman St. in a spot that is explicitly marked as No Parking. This spot is especially troublesome with all of the construction on Gilman St that is necessating the directing of lots of extra traffic down A St. This location blocks the view of people trying to turn which is likely why it is a No Parking area.

MMC Contractors are parking all day in 1 hour and 2 hour spots instead of their designated off-street parking. Today there is a dark grey Dodge and a silver Subaru on the north side of A Street between Gilman Street and Valley Street.

Recycling not collected in the morning for the 2nd week in a row. I called last week and someone came by in the morning to get it. I called again this morning but as of around 3:30PM it appears that no one has come back. Am I allowed to leave the bin out until it's collected or do I need to coordinate on when to put it out? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Trash wasn't collected today at our address. The bag is pretty visible on the curb/snowbank. Recycling also left many large broken down cardboard boxes in our recycling bin which is leaving it essentially full heading into next week.

There's a needle in the street in front of 12 A St. There is a blue Volkswagen currently parked behind it.

There are many "regular" all day parkers using the newly time restricted spots along Valley Street and A Street. Maybe some type of written warning would be helpful in case they haven't noticed the new signs yet? I count over a half-dozen so far this morning.

Many cars in the Gilman St, Valley St, and A St neighborhood parking for the Red Claws event without resident stickers. Please enforce the 9AM-9PM parking restriction so residents can park their cars. Many of these cars are way past no parking signs, inches from other cars, etc.
