Maine Medical Center cars continue to park all day long in one and two hour parking. Parking enforcement used to monitor daily, now they come once in a blue moon.
Parking enforcement needs to monitor in the morning and afternoon. Too many spots are being taken up by non residents.

Cars are parking all day, in 2 hour parking on Valley St they seem to be Maine Med employees who park from 7:30 am until 5 pm.

Red Infiniti and black Buick are Maine Medical employees. They have been advised to not park in this neighborhood by Maine Med notices. The two guys park every day on Gilman, or Valley. After their cars have been chalked by parking, they come move their cars several hours later to avoid being ticketed.
They have yet to be ticketed since they are cheating the system.

Blue Toyota highlander license plate # 5339M. Parks from 7 AM to 7 PM while working at the hospital. This is a 2 hour time limit and they park for 12 hours.

Lots of cans and trash under the overpass bridge.

Fence torn from the bridge, hazard to pedestrians and cyclists.

Cars have been parked for over 4 hours in 1 hour parking. Parking enforcement hasn't been here today to monitor.

On upper A st someone left a non city trash bag on the sidewalk. Now,vermin and gulls have gotten into it.

People park all day long, making it difficult to park when we get home from work. They have been parking so close to our cars that a couple have been hit. Please follow up with this, we are losing parking spots daily!
