    I've been dealing with this for a year and the city said they came and fixed it but this alley is still a river that leads right to my property. Come properly grade and level the alley or else I'm going to seek legal action.

    The entire alley area smells like sewer. It's comes in waves so I'm not sure if it's coming from someone's line or the main line. It was gotten progressively worse over the past month.

    The length of 1st ave south from the 5000 block to 3400 has various areas with heavily grown grass and weeds where the curb and road meet. In some places it's knee high. It would be nice for the city to have a crew come out a few times a year to edge and cut this. Trash and debris get caught in these large clumps of grass and weeds and prevent proper storm drainage. It also just looks bad.

    Hi, I have a serious alley flooding issue which is being significantly magnified by all the rain we've been getting. I'm in the middle of the street/alley so all the water from the block and neighbors back yards runs down hill and into my driveway. The water then pools and accumulates in my driveway turning into a literal pond. I've had to use sand bags and blocks to prevent the water from coming to the threshold of my home. Please contact me soon so we can fix this and avoid any property damage or safety issues (cars sometimes drive through it and I'm scared one will get stuck).     Entire alley from 43rd to 42nd (between 1st and 2nd ave south) is in pretty bad shape with lots of debris and low hanging branches. Makes it hard to drive in and out safely and not safe for children in the neighborhood.
