    Residents of 1131 Washington Street dumped a large number of black trash bags and other waste on Colburn St!
    Their mail and packages are easily located in the refuse
    This needs to be picked up and the owners fined!!

    On 1-3 Colburn st there is a long standing water issue that has been unaddressed and potentially getting worse. The road is being compromised by heavy water flow.
    There was measurable rain yesterday so it would be a good time to see how much water is regularly coming down from the stream between Quarry and Colburn Streets. It’s a lot of volume and appears to be draining directly under the roadway by the new utility pole between 1 and 3 Colburn. There is no drain, catch basin, culvert etc here and it is clear that the flow is undermining the street.

    Colburn Street is coming apart in several areas. The skim coat done by Giosio shouldn’t have been accepted and is now failing in many areas.

    Colburn Street has not been plowed or salted for several days after the storm. The street is nearly impassable, dangerous and USPS, UPS etc are unable to deliver because the city and its contractors have failed. This is unacceptable.

    The pavement in front of 16 Colburn St is severely deteriorated and will soon disintegrate into a broken muddy mess making travel difficult.

    The contractor who installed it, Giosio did not make it thick enough. Hence it not lasting.

    Much of Colburn street is also deteriorating like this and will need a fair amount of attention soon as well.

    Your prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated.

    There are 3 potholes at the bottom of Colburn St at the intersection of Washington St that need immediate attention.

    They are continuing to expand with every car and rain storm. One is combined with a storm drain so immediate attention will prevent a greater amount of effort to rectify.
