Every time it rains, snows ,or is windy out I have a problem with poor cable TV reception. I have contacted optimum cable a number of times on the issue and they can't seem to fix the problem. The problem with the reception is know as pixelation. The picture on the tv freezes and there are also dots on the screen. I am very sure I am not the only one experiencing this problem. The technicians have checked my house wiring and boxes and all is ok. I believe the problem is in the main lines on the poles in the street. Can you help fix this problem?
