    There is an easement that runs under the front of this property and emerges as a large pipe with a brick retaining wall on the side of the house, draining into a creek. This wall is rapidly crumbling, causing property damage and problems in the easement. Please see photo. Can this please be fixed asap?

    Snow plow damage at the base of the driveway where it meets the street. A large section was plowed off.

    Recently yellow safety sections were put in the sidewalks at the intersections, where the sidewalks touch the roads and one has to cross. At this location, a large gap was left between the new curb/sidewalk and the road, causing danger to pedestrians as it's easy to trip, fall, twist an ankle, etc. One member of my family has already been injured. This area needs to be filled in.
