    Homeless camping out. Leaving needles in the street, litter all over, broken liquor bottles in street. I now cannot walk to our local coffee shop without feeling harassed or scared. I definitely avoid this area completely when walking with my child.

    Construction on Rio Grande is causing Traffic in surrounding neighborhoods.
    specifically sawmill area. Zearing and Aspen. They are using these roads to bypass traffic. There has been 2 accidents in front if my house in the past 2 weeks alone along with multiple traffic arguments. There are no stop signs on zearing which leads to multiple speeding vehicles.
    cops in the area or "no through traffic" signs would help.

    There is no sidewalk to walk on or bike along to stay away from traffic, no street lights to be seen in the dark while you are on road (no sidewalk) now there is a fence falling over. Adding more to this public safety situation.

    There is a beautiful small park in this area and the paved walkways are splitting causing huge holes and large bumps. I am worried for the elders that live in this area. Very high falling hazard.
