    Neighbors suspect rotten meat and other putrid smelling trash is being offloaded in this dumpster behind 128 North St. The smell is unbearable during these hot humid days.

    JR's Corner Store uses Rose street for their delivery vehicles which will do one/many of the following:

    -Park on the wrong side of the road
    -Block residential driveways
    -Block crosswalk on corner of North & Rose
    -Block access to the south end of Rose Street

    This only happens during delivery days, so showing up to inspect at any given moment will most likely result in zero parking violation sightings. Some kind of official notice to JR's is required.

    Finding people parked in front of Hall's Hitches & Welding is a daily occurrence, this can cause bicycle and foot traffic to veer off the path and sometimes into the street in order to pass.
    Hall's Hitches & Welding needs another visit to remind them of this parking violation....please issue a warning or a ticket as I have proof here and can continue to pass on video and/or photo proof.
