Traffic and pedestrian signal knocked out of position/improperly oriented. Unable to see pedestrian signal from other side of 7th Street.

Trash and recycling both placed outside on evening of Thursday, May 5th. Neither bin was overflowing or open. Trash was collected, but recycling was not. No orange sticker was left. WM not contacted as they are not open on weekend.

Neither trash nor recycling picked up today.

Once again, recycling not picked up. I am beyond frustrated with Waste Management's recurring inability to collect our recycling on the day they have designated. I believe they have managed to pick it up on the correct day one time in the past two months.

Tried calling to report, but their office is closed until Monday.

Is anything being done to address their non-performance? I am eager to see improvements in services, but frankly Northside was doing a better job at my address - and without my being forced to use absurdly large bins.

Please ensure my recycling gets collected, and I'd also like to hear what the City is doing to improve WM's performance under the contract.
