    There is an abandoned garbage (or recycling) container full of debris at the corner of 30th and Union next to Polar Park. This was reported, and then closed (Request #'s 640175 and 640655), but the container and debris are still there.

    A recent sewer lateral (or similar) repair was poorly filled and compressed over the days after the repair. It's now such a trench that it almost feels dangerous to bike over. Since the photo was taken, it has gotten worse. Near the gutter to the south, it looks like a truck pulled out and greatly disturbed the surface of the repair.
