    Curbside/sidewalk yard debris is unattractive as well as dangerous for pedestrians, joggers and vehicles. The yard debris is not picked up promptly in the city limits and poses a danger and liability. Previously I have been told that leaf season requires extra time to clear. It is not leaf season, but the debris is left curbside for weeks. Continuing to annex property into the city limits should require and support efforts for more manpower and prompt scheduling for pickup service.
