please remove dead rabbit from street

storm drain is plugged with debris again, causing standing water across half of the street.

The west side of 15th Ave S south of DiagonalDiag still not plowed completely at 7:30 this morning. Also the east half a couple blocks south of me.

The street light is turning off and on throughout the night.

The street light is burned out in the park across the street from 7338 14th Ave S

An eagle killed a duck in Wilson Park, adjacent to my garage. The remains are laying in the park attracting flies.

There is an eagle hunting in Wilson Park and it is leaving animal carcasses in the pond. Currently there are at least 3 in the water. Two floating freely and a third duck floating in the water at the shoreline in the southeast corner of the lake. Some of them are starting to rot and produce a terrible smell.

For several years I've seen many people run right through the North-South stop signs at 76th St and 12th Ave. Yesterday I was nearly hit by a vehicle that failed to stop at the stop sign. The other driver and I both got out of our vehicles and I pointed out to him that there was a stop sign for him too. He apologized and said that he didn't see it.

Please consider installing some kind of flashing red light on top of the stop signs at this intersection before someone is seriously injured or killed here.
