    On my 3am commute to work, these lights cycle every 10 seconds regardless of if a car is waiting on Oak Island Rd The cycle includes the left turn greens also over regardless of whether someone is waiting to take a left turn. If these lights have sensors, they are not working. The main direction of travel is on North Shore Rd., the lights should remain green for much longer than they do at this hour of the morning.

    The traffic light sensors at this intersection are not working correctly. I leave work every morning at 5am and these lights use to change automatically when I pulled up to the light if there was no other traffic. (I'm on Maple St crossing to Humphrey) Now the lights seem to just change based on a set amount of time (a really long amount of time for that time of the AM).
