    2nd Complaint. Village put a code violation notice on the door last week, there has been no activity nor has the notice been touched. The house is still vacant About a week now and there has been NO OnE entering or exiting the house.
    Grass and bushes have not been cut nor trimmed.
    House looks like crap!
    This house is a Rental! The conditions of the yard are making those who take care of their yards very upset, we take pride in our property and this landlord apparently only cares about collecting rent and not maintenance!

    Curb/gutter on north side of school street about 100 feet to the east on school st is filled with ice and snow and sewer on corner of school and Breamar NE corner is blocked causing a vast amount of water to pool at end of my driveway which will freeze and cause concrete to crack when water under freezes

    Live on the corner of school st and breamar, house facing breamar. We have children on this street and once a week or so, there are cars speeding down breamar I'm sure in excess of 45-50 mph. I realize this is, sporadic, but this needs to be address before there is an accident. You have installed stop signs on Wallace between Breamar and western I'm guessing for the same issue. Installing stop signs on all 3 corners at breamar and school at would help this and maybe install one at Breamar and Wallace. Something has to be done before someone gets hurt.

    With school starting, we need to address the parking on the south side of school street during school hours. There are 2 hour parking sign about 30 yards into school street off breamar, but we need additional signs about 30 feet in from breamar on school street and then another one another 30 feet or so. We have cars that park on the south side of school street all day, everyday which is 1) against the 2 hr limit 2) creates a narrower street making traffic difficult.

    The village installed a sewer on our property and they dug up the corner of the lot and the north side parkway and our yard. It needs to be leveled off and sod put down where holes where dug.

    School st in one way in am from 7-8 and in pm from 2-3. This creates traffic jams in both AM and PM keeping us as well as 2 other neighbors from having access to our drivesways either in or out for periods of 10-15 minutes. Parents jam the streets with cars 2 wide from Breamer&school street to the entrance of Parker. If there needed to be a emergency vehicle needed, there is NO way for them to go down school street from Breamer to Verne!! I have asked parents nicely to please keep moving and have been told to " mind my business" and as well as "F*ck you" We have a right to be able to have access to our drive ways when ever we want and not be blocked out 2 hours a day. As simple and cost effective fix to this is have the code enforcement officer direct traffic at Breamer and school street in the hours of the one way restrictions. We have been late to work several times because of this issue ...Unacceptable !!
