Dead possum needs to be cleaned

Small concrete wall broken behind dumpster on the 30th Ave N side of Johnny's Pizza & Restaurant.

1. NO ADDRESS NUMERALS EITHER IN THE FRONT OR BACK OF HOUSE
2. NO HARDWARE ON FRONT OR BACK ENTRY DOORS TO KEEP THEM CLOSED WHICH CAUSES DOORS TO BE OPEN AND ALLOW VAGRANTS/CURIOUSITY SEEKERS/ETC TO WANDER IN

This tan house with blue shutters has numerous spots of missing and peeled paint on the facade and has been like this since 2015.

Property has not been mowed in months...very overgrown in the front

Address is only reading as "35" instead of 435 on house exterior.

The large oak tree in the front yard of this Tudor style home has branches that are about 3 feet above the sidewalk, inhibiting walking. This 2 story home is on the southeast corner of the intersection of 38th Ave N and Dr MLK JR ST N

At the Northeast intersection of 16th St N and 22nd Ave N there is an island of sorts that has palm trees and the bed has not been managed for a long time and needs new mulch. The palms also are needing a trim

Overgrown yard...over 12" tall grass and weeds

Entire length of the west side of property's vegetation is overgrown into the sidewalk making it difficult and unsafe to walk or bike by.

Oak tree in front of this home needs to have lower branches removed since they are only about 5ft above the sidewalk and in the way of pedestrians.

Fence needs repair, particularly the gate, at this terracotta stucco house located at 485 26th Ave N. Gate is on the west end of property between house and garage.

Rotted eaves of apartment building need to be replaced on the west side of structure. Two story building on corner lot of 5th St N and 28th Ave N...#496.

Huge rotted area in soffit on Southwest corner (front left) of house. Rotted area near overgrown bushes which can allow vermin.

Yard maintenance issue...there is a small section of this property on the 30th Ave N roadside and sidewalk that is overgrown, left with palm fronds, and has overgrown vegetation into the street. I have included a pic of area in ? along with the realtor sign on property. Thanks.

This resident is CONTINUALLY keeping their blue recycling container curbside.

Crescent Heights Neighborhood---Median island on 29th Ave N just east of Dr MLK JR ST N (near the Lumina Healing Arts Center) is in need of landscape care. Only a couple of the plants initially put in survive and there is barely any mulch. The concrete curb needs a fresh coat of paint.

Contractor is preparing to put a new roof on this structure where the tar paper has sat for over 2 years exposed to the elements. Also, contractor has used a saw to cut end of roofline meeting eaves and has done a very poor job. Just want Rick Dunn,snn his inspection crew to be aware of the shoddy work currently being done at 718 30th Ave N at structure built by General Home Development.
