    A wrecked automobile has been moved from the driveway of this house and hidden in the fenced/enclosed back yard. It is likely leaking oil/fluids into the ground. This entire property is in poor condition and certainly cannot meet even the most basic codes for maintenance, appearance and safety. It is a far too typical example of absentee/negligent landlords who are able to drive my property values down due to these types of dilapidated rentals.

    The homeowner at 7138 9th avenue north has completely filled the shared (4 house) city dumpster with construction debris (e.g. drywall, lathe, commode, lumber scraps. Besides not leaving room for the other taxpayers using the dumpster, I'm not even sure the machine can pick up this load without damaging the container. Thank you.
