    Proctor place is a two lane Rd. The plow operator consistently only plows one lane. Please make a note that both lanes of this road need to be plowed. My elderly mother has a hard time getting out of her driveway if you don't plow the whole width of the street. The road is 2 feet away from the chain-link fence that is adjacent to your pump station. Thank you.
