Description
This tree is in need of attention, and is definitely on city property. It is located at the very northwest corner of Public Storage, at the north terminus of the sidewalk. It is wrapped in ivy up to about thirty feet, its branches are growing out over the street and its droppings have almost buried the chain link fence (see photo). The droppings also regularly plug an important storm drain. I believe it needs windsailing, the ivy removed and the clippings/droppings removed to ground level. Thanks very much for your attention!
