PRIOR COMPLAINT:
WHILE CARTING AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD THIS WEEKEND, NOTICED THAT A SHED/SHACK WAS PLACED ON THIS TINY SLIVER OF LAND NEXT TO THE INTER-STATE. IS THIS PERMISSIBLE AND WHY IS THERE A MAILBOX THERE? SEEMS OUT-OF-PLACE AND POTENTIALLY NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE REVIEW.THANK YOU.

If true, this is completely unacceptable in our neighborhood. Case will probably be prematurely closed by the "Mayor's Action Center" folks OR they will say it's not a code issue, instead suggest we contact the St Pete Police.
They will be called out and they will say: Not a police issue, call Code Enforcement. Reminds me of the dumped barrels fiasco that is ongoing on this street. Code compliance AND the cops should investigate the shed...
Hopefully somebody will capture the white van's tag or video that situation. Whole thing is sad and not what us taxpayers should have to deal with in a residential neighborhood.
