Still there weekends (and weeks on Thursday and Friday). On July 13, I observed multiple signs left on the roadside between Sunset Point and Union.

The vendor who was setting up closest to Union is gone. However, there is still another vendor who sets up just north of Main St. on McMullen Booth. When I drove by the other day, it was after a heavy night of rain and the vendors pick up truck and a customer's car were up on the grass

one of the vendors has not set up for quite awhile. However, there is still 1 just north of Main St who is selling pumpkins out of his pickup. He was there most of last week

The vendor just north of Main Street is there several days a week (now selling watermelons). The vendor closer to Union Street is no longer there during the week, but I do see him on weekends.

The vendor (unlicensed merchant) who sets up just north of Union had returned (on days when it is nice. In my opinion, this is not only a safety hazard (customers stopping their cars on busy McMullen Booth Rd, but also a fruit and vegetable reseller, setting up shop without being licensed.

last weekend they added tents and were selling Valentine's Day-related items (see attached picture). They are in the County easement, as can be seen by the yellow truck on the left.

The County has a work crew working on Mullett Creek and their equipment is there. The vendor doesn't set up weekdays when they are working, but still there weekends. Because of the County equipment there, they are closer to the road ...safety hazard for them and for those who stop.

Yes...I am well aware that this issue has been open for 331 days!

This has been open for a year now (361 days). The vendor still sets up on weekends on an area where the county has an easement and places signs against poles. My assumption is that they do not have an Occupational License to run a business on county property.

C’mon it’s a local farmer trying to support their family people that pull off are not interfering with traffic.

In reply to 'Mckguyjay ' comment; SeeClickFix has limited categories for registering complaints and concerns. I doubt this is a farmer...more likely a re-seller. Northing wrong with being a reseller. HOWEVER, why don't they set up at the local "Farmers Markets"? I doubt they have an Occupational LIcense to do business. I don't want to get into a internet squabble about this, and in the county feels this is not a legitimate concern they can close this concern out.

I have not seen the vendor for several weeks.
