Description
Jagged spikes of metal sticking up at a sidewalk. There appears to of been a sign here at one point. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but this is extraordinarily unsafe. It’s a busy intersection right near community building, and the jagged sharp spikes of metal stick up more than far enough to go to some of the trip and fall into traffic which typically come speeding by.
