the cement support for the fences around the Q train line at Newkirk Plaza are cracked and deteriorating. you can see some from the street level, from the Chase bank to the toll house. you can see more breaks looking up from the train platforms.

I hope the MTA are suing the contractor 'Granite' Construction' on our behalf ("our" being the commuters & taxpayers who paid for it).
The work should be still under the contract's warranty?
The Paint was peeling less than a year after it was done—it's redundant to paint exterior concrete anyway...
