  I've already seen near-accidents twice because that extra row of parking for "Hula" is too far into the street, specifically the last parking spot is usually a big truck at the Conger intersection & 2 cars can't get by. ie The last parking spot in particular squeezes traffic and 2 cars can no longer pass by at the same time coming down Lakeside. People pulling out from Conger then also can't pull out if another car is coming down Lakeside since the area is so squeezed. This will be a bigger issue once the projected 500 people start working/driving there.

  It would also be helpful if there was a stop sign coming out of the back Hula lot to lakeside, nobody stops there!

We're excited to let you know that we are now implementing a comprehensive asset management program which is a mostly "behind the scenes" effort.
