Greetings City Hall!

I have included a link to an abutting property where heavy machinery is being housed. There are now three backhoes, a sanding attachment for a pick-up truck, various snow plow attachments, trailer bed, shovels , pails, etc. Are my neighbors following Malden rules for property use?
