Neighbor at 9023 Castlewood Oakland has constant water/oil leak coming down the back the house on Flintridge Lane. I moved in last Fall and it has increasingly got worse up until now. Its going down all the way to end the of street leaking into the gutters causing an extreme environmental hazards as well as a ton of mosquitos because of the pooling water. I have oil all over my driveway and tire tracks from others cars going up and down driving through it daily. Please get this fixed with them as I its not good for the neighbors, cars or environment. My children cant play outside because I cant have them around oil on the ground. You can even see in the picture where there is already a smaller dark stream that seems dried however today its a couple feet larger and wider and constantly wet.
