tripping hazard sign pole stubs

Q. Please describe the sidewalk issue using the box below.
A. At the Southwest corner of ravine Avenue and New York Avenue there are two stubs from poles that have been removed. these have been here for a week I think and I already managed to stub my toe on one. They look like they could be great for impaling too.
