Description

Contractor cleared lot, piled old tires, rubber tubing, and other debris, but has not removed the debris. Lot has been prepared for construction. This neighborhood has worked diligently for 10 years to get rid of garbage, etc. Would like to have this debris removed as soon as convenient.
