Here's a closer image--baffling how they could possibly do this trying to clear frozen snow from the sewer. I had previously asked for a phone call--can I get one please?!

Listing your phone number for contact in SCF does not automatically qualify for a response via telephone. It is for contact info regarding if the DPW staff has any questions or if you ask for a response regarding your issue. Now that your secondary comment states that you have asked for a call, your SCF request will be forwarded to the proper staff.

I did not ask for DPW to clean it up and remove the large pieces--I asked to have it REPAIRED. They simply took the large piece of curb away, and now, as you can see from the photo, nothing is keeping our hill from falling onto the road. Obviously much easier for them to hammer the large piece of curb into pieces and take it away than to put it back in place. I would like a phone call NOW!

Thanks for zero response. Truly, any kid who has ever played with dump trucks in a sandbox, could do a better job running the DPW that Guilford Mooring!
