We received word that the problem at the power station has been corrected and power restored. If you are still experiencing a power outage and are having trouble getting a response we can make sure they are aware of it.

Power was restored to 6,574 BWL customers in and around the downtown Lansing area at 3:05 p.m. today, Wednesday, January 15. The cause of the of the outage, which began at 2:15 p.m. today, was due to equipment failure at the Eckert Power Station.
