Description

When the Compost bin was picked up on Friday, not all of the leafs were emptied from the bin, there were still a lot at the bottom. They are packed in good. When you come by next week can the driver of the truck shake the bin when it is upside down?
The same thing happened last week to the bin at 611 Ross st.
